- DESCRIPTION: Located in the mountainous city of Al Baha, KSA, this compound was designed to embrace the site’s natural topography while overcoming a 30-meter height difference between its north and south edges. The challenge was resolved through a creative contouring strategy, complemented by a system of spiral roads that fluidly navigate the terrain. This approach allowed for an efficient distribution of villas and buildings across the site while preserving panoramic views equally for all units. The result is a masterplan that harmonizes with the landscape, ensures accessibility, and creates a unique living environment rooted in both functionality and beauty
